About David.
Four generations of screen repair. One Screen Team covering all of Lake County.
Meet David
David picked up his first screen tool at age 12, working side by side with his father — who learned the trade from his father before him. Long before it was a business, screening was simply what their family did. Today, David's son Aidan is learning the same craft, making Mount Dora Screen Repair a proud 4th-generation trade.
Between those early lessons and today, David answered a higher call. He served as a combat medic with the 1st Infantry Division, attached to a sniper platoon and executing air-mobility missions alongside cavalry scouts in Iraq. As a 100% disabled combat veteran, he knows what it means to show up under pressure, make precise decisions, and put the lives and well-being of others above everything else.
That same life-saving care — the calm, the precision, the refusal to cut corners — is exactly what David brings to every screen he installs in Lake County. Mount Dora Screen Repair isn't just a job. It's a family standard, forged in service and built to last generations.

Serving Lake County
Four Generations. One Team.
Mount Dora Screen Repair is part of a four-generation screen repair family. David runs the Mount Dora branch and answers the phone when you call.
The Screen Team covers all of Lake County:
- David — Mount Dora
- Kyle — Eustis, Tavares, Leesburg
- Jared — Clermont, Minneola, and Apopka
Meet Jared — Clermont, Minneola & Apopka
Jared takes care of the Clermont side of screens. He has been doing screen work for 15 years and learned the trade through years of hands-on experience with the team.
Even though Jared is not family by blood, he is family by trust. He brings the same standard to his area that David's family has carried for four generations.
Jared has also started firefighter training, which fits the way he works: steady, careful, and ready to help.
Built on Family Standards
The whole Screen Team works to the same standard David's family has carried for four generations.
- Show up when we say.
- Do clean work.
- Replace the full screen panel.
- Leave the job looking right.
Why We Never Patch
Some companies patch torn screens and call it fixed. We do not.
Patches look bad. They fail fast. They are not the right repair.
We replace the full screen panel so your pool cage, porch, or lanai looks clean and holds up better.
Mount Dora Screen Repair You Can Trust
For pool screen repair, porch screen repair, lanai screen repair, and screen panel replacement in Mount Dora, David is ready to help.
